Apprentice Lineman The apprentice may perform all functions of a helper while at the same time learning all the job duties of a lineman. The position is intended to be transition to UG Lineman. The apprentice will perform some duties of an UG lineman and only under the direction of a qualified lineman or foreman operator as part of his job duties. Promotion to the Lineman position will be determined based on the proficiency of work performed and the satisfaction that the person is knowledgeable of the customer's underground specifications related to electric distribution construction. |
